Easy Breezy Pork Chops

The name says it all; this is an easy to prepare meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Pork Chops
  • 1 can of Golden Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 can of water (use the can you just emptied the soup from)
  • 3 Medium Potatoes, (peeled, sliced very thin (like the thickness of Potato chips)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown Pork Chops in a skillet. Remove Pork Chops from skillet when they are no longer Pink inside and drain the excess grease from the skillet.

2. In the same skillet, add 1 can of Mushroom Soup and 1/2 can of Water, then stir.

3. Add the Potatoes to Soup mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes, Stir once in a while.

4. Place the Pork Chops on the top of Potatoes and cover with a lid until Potatoes are done. Just a few more minutes. Check to make sure it is not getting to done on bottom.
