Spinach Casserole - Teresa's

Ingredients

  • 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded montery jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parm. cheese
  • 1 small jar of mushrooms, drained
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cottege cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients; except small amount of each cheese for the top. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
