Ingredients
- 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded montery jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parm. cheese
- 1 small jar of mushrooms, drained
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cottege cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients; except small amount of each cheese for the top. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
