Ingredients
- 8 -9 potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups half and half
- 8 oz shredded cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tener. cool completely. Remove skins and grate potatoes.
melt butter and half & half. Add salt. Mix in potatoes and cheese.
Place in 9 x 13 pan and bake @350 for 1 1/4 hours.
for added color grate a small amount of cheese on the top the last 15 minutes.
