Ingredients
- 1 c butter (2 stix) softened
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 16 oz (or less) cream cheese, softened
- 2 T chopped fresh dill
- 3 T minced purple onion
- 3 T capers, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter & cream cheese in mixing bowl until light
Press 1/3 of mix onto bottom of lightly greased 6" springform pan
Layer salmon, dill, onion, capers & remaining cream cheese.
Mix 1/2 at a time in prepared pan (ask Kitten)
Chill in Fridge until set
Unmold onto serving plate & garnish with addit capers & dill
Serve with bagel crisps or crackers
