Ramen Noodle Broth

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts Dash Stock
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup tamarin or light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp mirin
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute, then strain. Use immediately, or make in advance and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
