Ingredients
- 3 cups steel cut oats
- 1-2 ripe banana(s) - mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 cups milk (or almond milk)
- 4 cups water
- 1 Tbls cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
