Ingredients
- Cook and mash potatoes (approx 1/2 of a 5 lb bag) - moist
- Retain some cooking water to mash potatoes in
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick butter
- Celery and Onions (approx 3 stalks celery, 1 onion), diced
- 1 c bread cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery and onions in butter, add pepper, parsley and bread cubes. Mix in mashed potatoes. Place in baking dish or pan, bake 375 1 1/2 hours.
