Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • Lobster tails
  • Butter
  • Paprika optional
  • Lemon juice freshest squeezed optional
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Defrost lobster tails on the day of cooking. When partially defrosted, slit the shells and carefully lift the lobster meat out of the shells. Then, fold the shells back under the lifted lobster meat.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees convection.
Brush melted butter over the lobsters and add salt, pepper, paprika and fresh lemon juice.
Cook for about ten to fifteen minutes.
