Applesauce Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. oleo or oil
• 2 T. cocoa
• 1/2 t. salt
• 2 c. flour
• 1 t. soda
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 2 c. applesauce
• 2 T. sugar
• 1 c. nuts
• 1 c. choc. chips

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar, eggs, oleo.
Sift together the next 5.
Add applesauce and dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Pour into jellyroll pan and top with mix of sugar, nuts, chips.
Bake 20 min in 350 oven.
