ROMAINE AND PEAR SALAD

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 TBS mayo
  • 2 TBS grated parm
  • 1/2 coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tap minced fresh garlic
  • 1/2 tap kosher salt
  • Salad:
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 Bartlett pears, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped, toasted pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Dressing:
1. Whisk together all ingredients
Salad:
1. Toss romaine, pears and pecans in a bowl, drizzle with dressing and toss.
