- 1 lb grd beef
- 2-1 \3 C cabbage
- 2 C chop celery
- 1 1/3 C chop carrot
- 1 C chop onion
- 1/2 C chop grn pepper
- 3 _14ou cans beef broth
- 28 ou can whole tomato chopped
- 1 11ou can corn
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
brown meat. remove meat from pan. braise next 5 ingredients. return meat. add broth and remaining ingredients. cook until done.
