Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 c diced onion
- 1/4 c diced green pepper
- 3 c stewed tomatoes
- 2 c raw macaroni(elbow or your favorite)
- oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, coat the bottom of the pan with oil and brown pork chops. Add onion and green pepper and saute a couple of minutes. Then add stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil and then add your macaroni. Cover and simmer until pasta is tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
