Chicken Parmigiana with fresh tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. SHAKE"N BAKE extra crispy seasoned coating mix
  • 4 small boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Tuscan House Italian dressing and marinate
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 2 tabspoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup Kraft shredded Low-Moisture part skim mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT oven to 400 degrees. Add Parmesan to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine. Coat chicken with Parmesan mixture, then bake as directed on package.

MEANWHILE, cook onions and dressing in large skillet on medium high heat 4 minutes or until onions are crisp tender. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally, stir in basil and keep warm.
