Ingredients
- 2 cans corn, drained
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1/4 c diced sweet onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3/4 c shredded monterey jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In mixing bowl stir together sour cream, cream cheese, spices, and shredded cheese, save out 1/4 c shredded cheese for top. Gently add in corn, green chilies and onions. Spread in 2 qt baking dish. top with remaining cheese. Bake 25 mins. Serve with tortilla chips
