Ingredients
- 1 small jicama
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- Lettuce leaves
- 2 Tbl chopped cilantro (I have used Thai Basil too)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Peel jicama. Cut into 4, 1/2 inch slices. Cut the slices into 1/2 inch sticks. Toss with lemon juice. Place lettuce on two dinner plates. Add the jicama slices, and sprinkle with cilantro and salt and pepper to taste.
