Beef Tenderloin and Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

  • 12 slices French baguette (1/2 in. thick)
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 11 oz. Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese Log
  • 12 thin slices of cooked beef tenderloin

Preparation

Step 1

1.Brush baguette slices on both sides with olive oil.
2.Place on a baking sheet.
3.Broil for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until toasted.
4.Spread each slice with Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese and top with slice of beef tenderloin.
