Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 3 T. cumin
- 3 cans black beans, drained
- 1 3/4 c. beef broth
- 1 c. green chilis
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 8 tortillas
- Cheddar or monterey jack cheese
- Cilantro
- Salsa
Preparation
Step 1
Brown the hamburger with onion, garlic and cumin.
Add the black beans, broth, chilies to hamburger mixture--heat through
Place filling in tortillas, top with cheese, cilantro and salsa if desired.
