Ingredients
- 1 lb. trimmed and halved fresh Brussels sprouts
- 1 lb. peeled fresh pearl onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray large rimmed baking pan with non stick spray. Mix Brussels sprouts, onions, olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put veggies on pan. Roast 10 minutes. Add almonds; roast until tender 20 minutes.
