Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes - don't peel
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 sliced cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1/3 c melted buter
Preparation
Step 1
Cut potatoes into 1/4" lengthwise slices. Spread on large sheet aluminum foil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with bacon and onion. Overlap potatoes and pour butter over.
Cover with foil, leaving space for steam.
Bake @ 425 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
