Steak with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb Top Sirloin Steak
  • 1 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Paprika
  • 1/2 t salt, 1/2 t freshly ground pepper, divided
  • 2 T Reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 T horseradish
  • 1 T Reduced fat Mayo
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat
2. Sprinkle steak with horseradish sauce, paprika, 1/4 t salt and 1/4 t pepper
3. Grill, covered with grill lid 6-7 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing
4. Whisk together sour cream, horseradish, mayo, garlic and remaining salt and pepper. Serve with steak
