Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups instant rice
  • 3/4 c. minced/chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 16 oz jar process cheese sauce
  • chopped water chestnuts (opt)
  • salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice as directed and set aside. Saute onions until done. Cook broccoli as directed and drain well. Mix together broccoli, soup, rice, onion, cheese and chopped water chestnuts. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
