Ingredients
- 11oz jar lemon curd
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- graham cracker pie crust
- 4 kiwis
Preparation
Step 1
using electric mixer, whip lemon curd and cream cheese til doubled in size, about 3 minutes. spoon into pie crust and freeze 10 minutes. meanwhile, peel kiwis, halve lengthwise and thinly slice. scatter over filling. refrigerate til ready to serve.
