Ingredients
- 1/4 c nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 t part skim ricotta
- 2 t sliced almonds
- 1 tsp honey
- whole wheat wraps
- cinnamon
- apples (your choice)
Preparation
Step 1
1) in a bowl combine yogurt, ricotta, almonds and honey. spread cheese onto wraps.
2) top with thinly sliced apples of your choice, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up
