Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbp lemon peel
  • 3 Tbp corn starch
  • 3 Tbp butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a small glass dissolve the corn starch in the chicken stock. Mix the remaining ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Slowly pour in the chicken stock mixture and stir until mixture thickens.
