Ingredients
- 1 pkg broccoli florets
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup pitted ripe black olives
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup italian dressing
Preparation
Step 1
place broccoli in steamer basket over 1 inch of boiling water in a saucepan. Cover and steam for 5-6 minutes or until tender. Rinse with cold water. Drain and place in a bowl. Add the garbanzo beans and olives. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving. Serves 4-6.
