Bow Ties with Peas

Ingredients

  • bow tie pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 C mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 lb prosciutto
  • 1 C frozen peas
  • 1 pint whipping cream (just use 3/4)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to directions. Melt butter. Add mushrooms and prosciutto and cook until mushrooms are tender and prosciutto is browned. Add cream. Heat almost to a boil. Add peas and heat through. Pour over pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
