Quick mu shu pork

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 Tbs dry sherry
  • 2 Tbs soya sauce
  • 1 Tbs veg oil
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup diced jicama
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 8 soft tacos
  • 8 tsp hoisin sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In med bowl combine pork, sherry, 1 tsb soya sauce,pepper

In frying pan heat oil , add pork mixture,in a single layer and cook 1 min without stirring. Cook 1 min longer until pork done. Transfer to a bowl.
In same pan add red pepper, then jicama and coleslaw and Tbs water. Cook until veg tender then add green onions, pork sugar and cook a min longer.
Wrap tortillas in damp paper and microwave 1 min
To serve spread hoisin sauce on tortilla, and spread pork mixture over and roll up.
