Ingredients
- 2 pounds of butternut squash
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tabls. Flour
- 1 teasp. salt
- 1 teasp. cinnamon
- 2 baking apples (granny smith) cored and cut into 1/2 inch slices
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Cut each squash into ½ inch slices.
Stir together remaining ingredients except apple slices.
Arrange squash in ungreased baking dish, top with apple slices. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top; cover with foil.
Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until squash is tender.
