Roasted Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 heads roasted garlic
  • 1/2 cup Steak Sauce (like A1)
  • 1/4 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Squeeze the garlic pulp from the clove skins, and coarsely chop. In a small saucepan over high heat, bring the garlic, 1/2 cup of the steak sauce, the wine and the onion to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve sauce over beef or chicken.
