Ingredients
- 14 thin, boneless pork chops
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbs worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 tbs salt
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- oil for frying, about 1-2 c
Preparation
Step 1
In lrg skillet heat oil. Combine eggs and worchestershire. Set aside. Combine flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. dip chops in egg then flour. Carefully place in hot oil and cook 3-5 mins. Flip and cook another 3-5 mins. Remove from oil. Serve with mashed potatoes and homemade milk gravy.
