Ingredients
- 16 ounce package bow tie pasta
- 14 ounces whole white tuna, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 large sweet yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 12 ounces arugula or baby spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water to cool.
Add pasta to large bowl with remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill before serving, if desired. Serve over rocket.
Serve with dill pickles, if desired.
