Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 4 oz. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine honey, vinegar & mustard in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
2. Sprinkle pork with salt & pepper. Cook in skillet 3 min. on each side or until done. Remove from pan.
3. Add stock to pan; cook 2 min. or until reduced by half. Remove pan from heat.
4. Stir in honey mixture. Pour over pork.
