Ingredients
- 1 lbs Lentils
- 2 1/2 quart water
- 1 cup barley
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 ribs of celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 large potato
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 1 16 oz can tomato
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and simmer for one hour.
