  • 1 cup barley
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 large potato
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 1 16 oz can tomato
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
