*PHYLLO WRAPPED SALMON

Preparation

Step 1

Take phyllo sheets, and cut into 9x7. Take one sheet, brush with butter, place one sheet on top. Then add 3 oz piece salmon, then top with Dijon mustard and salt and pepper. The roll and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with butter and bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. Can also top with lemon but I didnt do that because Ryan wouldnt like it. WE TRIED THIS 11/14 AND RYAN LOVED IT, JACKIE TRIED IT AND LIKED IT TOO.
