Cranberry Salsa Dip with Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz bag of fresh cranberries rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 2 small jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cilantro
  • 2 Tbl finely grated ginger
  • 2 Tbl fresh lemon juice
  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop cranberries in food processor. Place crushed cranberries in a bowl mix together with all other ingredients except cream cheese. Refrigerate for a few hours. Spread over cream cheese and serve with crackers. Use cilantro sprigs or cranberries for garnish.
