Tuna Noodle Bake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (12 oz. Pkg.) Medium Noodles cooked (al dente or chewy)
  • 1-10 3/4 oz. can condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 1/2 C. Milk (save 1/4 C. For topping)
  • 2-5 oz. can of Chunk Light Tuna
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • 1 T. Butter, (melted)
  • 1 C. Cracker Crumbs
  • For Topping
  • Cracker Crumbs (1/2 C. Left from above)
  • 1 - Egg (Beaten)
  • Milk (1/4 C. Left from above)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare 8" square Baking Dish by spraying it with nonstick Spray.

2. Prepare Noodles according to directions on package and place in baking dish.

3. In a Bowl place Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk, Tuna, Salt and Pepper, Butter and finally half of the Crackers Crumbs and mix well, pour this mixture over the Noodles.


For the Topping

4. Place the remaining Cracker Crumbs on top of the Noodles. Then mix the Egg and Milk and pour over the Cracker Crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
