Ingredients
- 10 Ounce bag of wide egg noodles
- 1 cup reduced fat margarine
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 10 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 10 ounces of applesauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350.Coat a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.Boil noodles for 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
In a large bowl mix margarine,cream cheese,sugar,lemon juice , vanilla,and applesauce. Stir in noodles.
Spread graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of the pan, then pour the noodle mixture over the crumbs.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes until set. Cover with foil if it gets too brown.
