Salmon, Simply Sassy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp veggie oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs honey mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 pound salmon filet

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, oil, worcestershire, honey mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
Reserve half the marinade for basting.
Place salmon in a shallow dish and marinate.
Cover and chill for 45 minutes.
Preheat broiler.
Broil for 12 minutes, brushing occationally with marinade.
Salmon is done when it flakes easily.
