Baked Brown Sugar Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 Acorn squash
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Halve the squash and remove seeds from squash.

2. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place cut side down on a baking sheet and roast at 375F for 30 minutes.

3. Remove from oven and flip. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in each squash.

4. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and cinnamon.

5. Return to oven, cut side up, and bake for 20 minutes.
