Sausage Dip

Ingredients

• 1 small pack sweet Italian sausage links(about 6 links)
• 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese(white)
• 1 packet Hidden Valley ranch *salad dressing mix*
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup mayonaise

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare salad dressing mix according to packet(using milk and mayo).
Take casing off sausage; crumble and brown in pan
Add cheese
Mix salad dressing mix w/ cheese and sausage
Set in refirgerator to thicken
Heat in oven to throughly heat and cheese melts(approx 20-30 min.)
Serve w/ Dippers tortilla chips

Variation: find won-ton wrappers in produce section, place in mini-muffin pans and bake to form cups and pre-fill
Heat in oven until sausage dip is warm.
