Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 Potatoes-Idaho or Yukon
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

Preparation

Step 1

Skin and cut potatoes into quarters. Boil til fork pierces them and they are soft. Mash with potatoe masher. Add butter, milk and salt and pepper to taste and beat with electric mixer gradually adding whole milk til light and creamy.
