Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled, seeded, and cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup triple sec (orange -flavoured liqueur)
- Ice Cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Freeze watermelon cubes in a shallow pan least 6 hours.
Combine frozen watermelon, rum and liqueur in a blender; process until smooth. Add enough ice to bring mixture to to 5-cup level on blender container; process until smooth.
Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
