Fresh banana cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • ripe bananas
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake mix by directions in two or three layers
Mash 2-3 bananas then add lemon juice and sugar to make a soft spread
Put spread between layers. On top place sliced fresh bananas and top with spread. Add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
