Coconut Pies (2)

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick Melted Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • Coconut
  • 2 Pie Shells

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat with mixer.
Add amount of coconut desired and stir.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350° till done.

Optional: Crushed pineapple can be substituted for flour & milk for variety.
