Pumpkin Butter Cake

Unbelievably moist!

Ingredients

  • One 18 1/4 oz pkg of yellow cake mix
  • One egg
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Combine ingredients, mix well
  • Pat into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking pan
  • Prepare filling
  • One 8 oz pkg of cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • One 16 oz box of powdered sugar
  • One 15 oz can of pumpkin pie mix
  • Mix ingredients and pour on top of bottom layer
  • Cook for 50 minutes (center needs to be a little gooey—so careful on over baking)

Note: You can actually change the pumpkin pie mix and add pineapple filling, you can add spiced carrot cake mix and add chopped nuts and shredded carrots to the filling. There are so many different things you can make with this recipe.
