Lemon Chicken over Cauli-Rice

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs
  • Butter
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Tarragon
  • Cream
  • Pecans
  • Cauliflower Rice

Preparation

Step 1

Saute boned and cut-up chicken thigh meat in a little butter/olive oil. Take the chicken out when it is browed on both sides, turn up the heat and squirt a bit of lemon in the pan to deglaze and then add cream and a sprinkle of tarragon.

Saute the pecans in a little butter with a sprinkle of sale. S
poon chicken and sauce over cauli-rice.
