Crab Grass

Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 8 tbsps butter
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in butter until soft; add spinach, crabmeat, and parmesan cheese. Pour into small to medium baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with sesame rounds or crackers.
