Ingredients
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 T lemon juice (~1 lemon)
- 3 T EVOO
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t cracked black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, EVOO, salt, & pepper.
