This vinaigrette can be made up to 1 day in advance, covered, refrigerated, & brought to room temperature before serving.

Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 T lemon juice (~1 lemon)
  • 3 T EVOO
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • 1/2 t cracked black pepper

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together lemon zest, juice, EVOO, salt, & pepper.
