Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- milk
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. butter cubed
- 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Put oil into measuring cup, add 1 egg and top it off with milk to fill cup. Add to mixture and fold in 1 cup blueberries. Put into 12 tin muffin pan.
Top with crumble. Mix until crumbly and add to muffins. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes.
